st. John's on the goSt. John’s on the Go
St. John’s on the Go was formed many years ago as a ministry for seniors.  We travel to many places and types of interests. In the winter months we invite speakers to St. John’s.  Although it is designed for seniors, all are invited to join us at any time or destination.  We have been to many different sites and locations. For example: Lake Erie Islands, the Air Force Museum, gardens and arboretums, Sauders Village, the Living Christmas Tree at Polaris, Amish Country, the Toledo Zoo, and the Maritime museum. Over the years many people have enjoyed the programs.

Mixed Luncheon
Everyone is invited to join us.  We choose a restaurant each month and meet there on the 3rd Wednesday.  If we go out of town car pooling is available.  Everyone enjoys the food and fellowship.

BYMTBackyard Mission Trip
St. John’s has participated in the Annual Backyard Mission Trip in Findlay, OH.  On the 4th Sunday in April many volunteers from all over Findlay give their time and talents to help the community.  In 2014, St. John’s had two teams of volunteers that went into the community and completed projects.  Our projects consisted of plumbing, cleaning, raking and landscaping.  The Backyard Mission Trip is organized by the Findlay Ministerial Association, which consists of Pastors and lay people from the Findlay Area.
